    Wave the Wheat Ale

Wave the Wheat is a uniquely refreshing wheat ale made from Kansas grown malted wheat and German grown Munich malt. The sweet wheat malt flavors and the unfiltered flavor of yeast esters are accompanied by just a touch of Hallertaur and Willamette hops.
O.G.: 12 degrees Plato; IBU: 13.65; ABV: 5.2%

 Rock Chalk Raspberry Wheat
Our light, refreshing wheat ale, brewed with 100% pure raspberry extract. Added before conditioning and carbonation allows for a subtle and sweet infusion of raspberry flavor and aroma.
O.G.: 12 degrees Plato; IBU: 13.65; ABV: 5.2%

 Crimson Phog Irish red Ale

2007 G.A.B.F. Silver Medal Winner in the "Irish Style Red Ale" category. This beer has brilliant red hues complimented by a crisp malt flavor with an assertive caramel character. This medium bodied ale is bodied ale is balanced by a moderate hop bitterness and subtle hop flavor.
O.G.: 14 degrees Plato; IBU: 20; ABV: 6.1%

 Bitter Professor IPA

This American West Coast IPA possess a nice light caramel taste leaving a crisp mouthfeel and is accented with small amounts of spiciness. Hopped with Amarillo, Cascade and Simcoe hops pleasant grapefruit and tangerine flavors and aroma are noted.
O.G.: 16 degrees Plato; IBU: 90; ABV: 7.2%

Each year we handcraft over 20 different ales and lagers that represent a variety of cultures, techniques, and flavors from around the world. Some of our most popular beers amongst these include: Hawktoberfest, Heritage Altbier, Bohemian Pilsner, Belgian Honey Wit and our Barrel Aged Bourbon Stout. Just ask your

Dark Rye
Just in time for the holidays, this rich, spicy ale has a nice portion of rye malt and flaked rye. A little hint of caramel in the middle and a nice earthy finish. Generously hopped with Tettnang and Northern Brewer. 
ABV: 6.19%
IBUs: 42.49
Color: Light copper

AMBER ALE
Color: Medium Amber
This classic style has a rich malty aroma, with small hints of caramel and spice. Candied flavors slightly sweet and smooth malt balance. Hopped with Sterling and Cascade. Finings added.
ABV: 6.07%
IBUs: 35.5

BARTERTOWN BROWN
Color: Dark Auburn
Aroma: Light nuttiness, small hints of chocolate.
Flavor: Dry, nutty, light roast and chocolate.
Hops: Northern Brewer, Cascade, and Willamette
O.G. 14.5 degrees plato
IBUs: 23.93
ABV: 5.69%

Oatmeal Stout
Black in color, rich and roasty. A nice oatmel chewiness is present. A rich, tan head. Full body. Medium hop character.
Hops: Chinook
ABV: 5.8%
Color: Black
IBU's: 40.19

Two-Faced Wheat
Unfiltered, 30% Dark Wheat Malt, Smooth, crisp, low hopped. Slight breadiness from the pilsen malt.  Distinct combination of slight roast and wheat, very drinkable.
Hops: Hallertau
ABV: 5.3%
Color: Amber
IBU's: 18.5
